Welcome to Sun Haven Tanning. By accessing or using our website, booking services, or visiting our salon, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Tanning Safety & Guidelines

At Sun Haven Tanning, client safety is our top priority. All clients must adhere to the following tanning guidelines:

  • Protective eyewear must be worn during all tanning sessions.

  • Skin type assessments are required before using any tanning equipment to ensure appropriate exposure times.

  • Clients must follow recommended exposure schedules based on skin type and prior tanning experience.

  • Tanning sessions must be spaced at least 24 hours apart.

Failure to follow these guidelines may result in denial of service without refund.

2. Health Acknowledgment

By using our services, you confirm that:

  • You are not under the age of 18 (unless permitted by state law with parental consent).

  • You are not pregnant, or you have consulted your physician before tanning.

  • You do not have any medical conditions that may be aggravated by UV exposure.

  • You will notify staff of any changes in your health status that may affect your safety.

3. Service Use & Membership

  • All services and memberships are for individual use only and are non-transferable.

  • Memberships renew monthly and must be canceled via phone at (660) 833-6237 or by email at devin@sunhaventan.com prior to the next billing cycle.

  • All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for services, sessions, or memberships.

4. Salon Conduct

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who:

  • Does not comply with safety protocols or staff instructions.

  • Engages in inappropriate, unsafe, or disruptive behavior.

  • Damages equipment or facilities.

5. Liability Waiver

By using Sun Haven Tanning’s services, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks of UV tanning and light therapy. Sun Haven Tanning is not liable for any injury, allergic reaction, or medical issue resulting from the use of our equipment or facilities.

6. Changes to Terms

Sun Haven Tanning reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Please review this page regularly for updates.
