All sales at Sun Haven Tanning are final. We do not offer refunds for any purchases, including memberships, sessions, or services.

Memberships are billed on a monthly recurring basis unless otherwise specified. By signing up for a membership, you agree to the monthly renewal and associated charges.

To cancel your membership, you must submit a formal cancellation request by contacting us via phone at (660) 833-6237 or email at devin@sunhaventan.com. Cancellation requests must be received prior to your next billing cycle to avoid additional charges.
