How It Works

After signing up, your account enters our onboarding process, which is completed within 2 hours during normal business hours (9 AM–6 PM). Sign-ups outside of these hours will be finalized the next business day. Once your purchase is complete, you’ll receive two emails: the first explains how to use the salon and equipment, and the second walks you through setting up the secure access app on your phone, which is required to enter the building. Please note, access to the salon is only available after your account setup is fully completed.
